A Hidden Gem Experience
This is Lake Powell off the beaten path.
We launch from Wahweap Bay and paddle across calm, glassy water toward one of the area’s best-kept secrets—the Wahweap Teacups. As the bay opens behind us, the landscape shifts into something quieter, wilder, and full of desert magic.
After landing the kayaks, we hike into the sandstone backcountry, weaving through sculpted rock, natural potholes, and surreal formations that feel almost otherworldly. The hike includes light scrambling over sandstone ledges—just enough to feel adventurous without being extreme. From tucked-away viewpoints to sun-warmed stone, this place invites exploration, curiosity, and awe.
Your guide shares the geology and stories of the land while leaving space to wander, photograph, and simply be present. Depending on the season, we may cool off with a refreshing swim on the return paddle.
This tour is playful, grounding, and deeply memorable—perfect for curious explorers who want something unique without going full rugged.
